By converting the family property into a hotel, Theva Residency commenced in the Year 2009.

The term ‘Theva’ is derived from ‘Thewava’, which is a ceremonial offering made with utmost respect and attention to detail. In relation to this ceremonial offering, we provide the same level of attention to detail with regard to hospitality for all our guests. Theva Residency was once a family home and hence, retains the homely comfort sought by discerning guests.
